"Demolition Alley" Series
This is a series of warehouse and industrial type buildings, they are all residential lots so they are designed to be functional houses at the core but I am trying to retain as much of a warehouse / industrial theme as possible.
X Factor-E
X Factor-E is just that, an ex-factory. After many years belching smoke and greasing the wheels of industry it has fallen into a mild state of disrepair, wheezing a few final puffs of smoke from the dwindling fires of civilization. Created by: Feldynn @ MTS, please DO NOT upload / reupload to The Exchange
Rooms
3 Bedroom
3 Bathroom
Kitchen / dinning / living area
Office / study
Hobby room
Workout room
Lot Size: 30x30
Lot Price: $79,016 (F) / $58,237 (Unf)
Side Notes
This is the second house in my "Demolition Alley" series, it's is a decent sized "house" with a big open-plan first floor, the kitchen / dining area in one corner, a mini "reception" area and a livingroom area. There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor that should serve a medium sized family well (about 4-6 sims without any problem), also the hobby room in the basement could be converted to a 4th bedroom as there is enough free space in the hallways or elsewhere to accomodate the hobby equipment.
Also, the fake chimneys do actually smoke provided you light the fires in the livingroom area though sometimes it can be hard to see depending on the background. I managed to work the fireplaces so their chimneys only go about 3/4 the way up the big brick ones, so you can't really see them unless you're looking down or have the walls down on inside views.
Testing
Have done some basic testing, everything seems in order (all objects seem to be accessable so far as I could see). If anyone finds any issues please let me know and I'll try to correct them as promptly as possible.

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
