This time I decided to build a modern functional house with a big garden. I think it worked.

The first floor has only two rooms and two bathrooms but I find it very functional. The big living room serves as a parlour, a dining room and a kitchen. The other room is the Study. It`s very big and comfy.

The second floor has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The corridor is small but functional. There`s no weather in the Sims 3 for now, so I made the roof of the corridor only with small fences so it looks like a big roof window. Every bedroom is in black and white, but also every has it`s own fabrics. There`s a big terrace too and a staircase leads from it to the garden.

The Backyard has a big pool with a little island and a bar. There is also a campfire. The threes are many and various.

I find the design of the garage very interesting. It`s actually like a sunshade.
