Country Estate is a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath with a laundry room formal diningroom kitchen with a bar and breakfast nook a treehouse and swing set in the back for the kids and a barbecue area

I did build this house based off a floor plan but had an extra room that I turned into an office but could easily be used as another bedroom.
I put in a basement but there isn't any stairs down to it but they can be added in fairly easily I kinda left that an option up to the downloader.


Just a side note the lighting is a little weird in the garage because I used constrain floor elevation to attach the garage to the house but it shouldn't affect anything.

~ update on basement ~ it was brought to my attention that you have to remove the "ottoman" to place the stairs to the basement and if you put it back (w/MOO) they can't get OUT of the basement so if you want to use the basement remove the "ottoman" circled
