The Vista is something I just whipped together, I've only began uploading my creations and now I cannot stop, I first purchased Sims 1 when it came out and have been building and designing homes ever since!

The Vista is a 2 Bedroom large house, it is value at an affordable price and I have dedicated this property to one of my favourite colors, green, as you will find out when viewing the property...Uh oh!

Just a note: I replaced the coffee table with a smaller one, the coffee table in the center is not the one you will have in your house



The Views and rooms in the house are very pretty and I have taken a lot of time to design and decorate them. My recommended location for the property would be 455 Sunnyside Boulevard, Sunset Valley. Bulldoze the current house there, and place this one...it's much nicer :D

I have included some Sims 3 Store items with this package, BUT don't worry, the house will load up as normal, and the items will be replaced with other Sims 3 items, if you do not have them. (An example of this would be the Kitchen Counters, these will be replaced with what you have, ok?)
