This is "The Vista". A convenient little houseboat for one or two sims.
She has three stories. On the first you'll find the living room, on the second
is the bedroom and mini bathroom (all-in-one-bathroom), and on the top floor
is where you'll find the outdoors kitchen and the dining area, as well as the
the room where you steer your boat.
