NOTE: I take Requests. Also, look at my journal for updates and comment on stuff, I like reading comments.

Introduction
So, I am back after about 2 weeks of absence. I would have been back about a week ago, if not for my computer troubles, which have not actually been solved yet. It was for like 1hour, but the net keeps stopping and I need to restart my PC for it to work again, so I am uploading this from my parent's iMac.

This 60x60 block is fit for a rockstar, LITERALLY. It boasts so many features, that to list them all would take hours, so, I will tell you the main ones. There are so many of those however, that I will split it up into Structure Features.

The Grounds
The grounds boasts a massive connection of paths and driveways. They wind and curve between beautiful gardens of thick pink and yellow flowers. There are plants in every corner of this yard, but in a way that still leaves you and your sims' kids heaps of space to run around.

One of this home's most spectacular features is the 2 story stage. It sits in the north-west corner of the property and contains in it, a full lighting system, change room and storage room for your guitars. It also has the tech space for the lighting and sound that can be found on the second floor.

The drive curves under the entrance's roof and then into a massive cirle around a lake/pond that is decorated with some lillies. At the end of the drive, you reach your destination.

The Showroom and Guesthouse

This massive portion of the property, is where you can store your cars. It can hold 4 of the things. I have included the following cars in the upload, but they will only show up if you have got them beforehand.
- Montalcino Fandango SE
- Vorn Stallion

Each of the four cars included are different types and all have custom paint jobs.

The showroom is also home to a state-of-the-art workshop area. It boasts a sink, heaps of benchspace, over-head cabinets and even a trash compacter.

Upstairs, you will find yourself in the guesthouse. It has 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, dining and living, and 2 full bathrooms. All the furniture is custom and has all been modified to show the wealth of the property owners.

This brings us to the last main structure: The Main Home.

The Main Home
As you enter, you will find yourself in the spacious entrance way. To the right is the sitting room, which is decorated in much the same colours as the rest of the rooms in the home. To the right of that is the Kitchen and dining combo. The dining part includes a bar area, with a bar and 2 stools.

The kitchen is decorated with wooden counter tops and white cupboards. It has a survery and 6 barstools in total.

On the left wing of the home, is a living area and a study. Also there is a huge bathroom.

Head upstairs to be greeted by a sim weighed down by a huge plumbob. It is customely coloured to resemble a real sim covered in metal.

This floor is home to the 2/3 bedrooms. It could be 3 because you can convert the gym to a bedroom.

The master suite has a golden guitar greeting you at the entrance, and consists of a bathroom, closet, main bedroom as well as living and study areas. The bedroom has a fireplace, which matches the textures of the bed and surrounding furnishings.
