Outside

This is my first house with a foundation. It is also my first house with connected garages. I found that "boolproping" in the sims 3 is more difficult and not as accessible. I found that the way the tools are set up in the sims 3, it took me longer. I was pro at it in Sims 2 and I experimented with it in this house, so let me know what you think and if you want me to do more. I also found that Sims 3 wasn't as stable as Sims 2 was in massive boolprop projects. If anyone got different results, then leave me a comment.
Ok, onto the house.
This house can be for up to 4/5 sims if you convert the upstairs study into a 3rd bedroom.
On the ground floor(foundation floor) you will find an entrance, with open kitchen, dining and living areas. There is a full bathroom on this floor and there is also a connected garage. The garage can host 1 car and maybe 2 bikes.
Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with an ensuite and another bedroom that is set up to accomadate 2 kids or even twins

There is also a spare room that is currently being used as a study, but it can easily be converted into just about anything. Maybe a bedroom or a nursery.
Outside, there is a large pool with a BBQ area right next to it. There are flowers and trees that are there to blend with the other homes in this set, so get them if you like this home. There is even a Sprinkler for the kids to play with seeing as its a family home.
I forgot to add the stupid picnic table I think, so if I did, just add it and you will have the perfect BBQ area.
Thanks, and as usual, give me a comment or click the thanks button after you download.

Install Instructions
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
