This is my first house, and as such, I wanted to make it special. It is a Modern 2 or 3 Bedroom Family home, with a flowing feeling. It is mostly glass, but the garden and the external (apart from the windows), give it more of a traditional feel.

On the Ground Floor, it has an open-plan sitting, dining and kitchen with a rumpus and lounge on the other wing. It also has a full bathroom. While on the 1st Floor, it has 1 bathroom, 1 spare room and 2 fully decorated bedrooms. It also has a landing at the top of the stairs that it currently decorated and set-up to be a reading nook.

With a Beachy Master Bedroom and a Sunny Second Bedroom, this house can fulfil any sim's wildest fantisies when it comes to style and colour.

Outside, it has 2 car parks, a fully landscaped backyard with a massive amount of garden space, a full pool and a barbaque area. Note that the front garden needs a little bit of work. There is even a lake for your sims to fish in. Please enjoy and If you have the time, I could use some feedback.

Ideally, this lot should be placed at 2400 Pinochle Point. This is because I am currently making matching lots that will suit perfectly(including exterior colour scheme and plants) with this lot.
