Dangerous Stoves Mod - More Fire!

Ever get tired of your Sims having boring, uneventful lives once you have bought them the most expensive home equipment? Fear not. This mod once again adds the small element of danger to all stoves allowing them to start fires at a more realistic and enjoyable frequency. Currently, the chance for a fire is so miniscule that many Sims players never get to experience stove fires at all.

CHANGES:

-The chance of random failure at the end of cooking (either to burn or catch fire) remains the same, so this mod will NOT produce more burnt meals and will NOT negatively affect the quality of the meals prepared!
-The default chance to randomly fail is 1.5% on the cheapest stove and 1.2% on all other stoves. This value remains UNCHANGED.
-Only AFTER a random failure has been decided by the game, there will be a 90% chance for a fire to start (the default values were between 1% and 20%, depending on the stove).
-Food must now only be overcooked for 20 minutes (down from 30 minutes) for a fire to start. Beware when cooking with pregnant Sims about to give birth or Sims so tired that they are about to pass out.
-Food cooked on the most expensive stove can now burn or catch fire (previously the most expensive stove would never produce burnt food or allow a fire to start). As a side effect, the "Fireproof" upgrade is now available on it. But why would you want that, considering you are downloading this mod?
-All stoves can now shock Sims IF they are standing in a puddle while upgrading it

This mod should keep things interesting (especially for pyromaniac/daredevil/brave Sims), while still being a very rare occurance. Combine this mod with the "Unlucky" trait for extra fun!

And this shouldn't change anything for all you super chefs because as far as I know, Natural Cooks can never burn food, although I haven't done enough testing to check if this mod will override that.

This mod is compatible with all other mods except those that modify the Stove objects.

Also available in two other flavors: One with only a 45% chance to start a fire once a random failure has been decided, and one that doubles the chance of a random failure for more sadistic players.



INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Extract only ONE of the .package files to C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages
