So I was looking at my own uploads and I had a thought! What about all those people who love my previous upload called "Gaffes Barn" but don't like how expensive it is! So I made a starter version of it. It's all cute and fat just like the original.

It has two bedrooms and is ready to play, for just under $22,000. (Literally it's $21,999.)
