I build this starterhome for myself and actually liked it so I wanted to share it.The home has 1 masterbedroom with attached bathroom and a small balcony, 1 small bedroom and a downstairs kitchen,livingroom and toilet.No CC or store items where used to make this home.



It was hard to keep it under $16.000 so there was not much money left for landscaping the garden.But there is a pond and a veggie garden with some perfect fruits that you can harvest in one day.My sim also planted one money tree to help your sim start there life in this house.I uploaded some pictures of the outside of the house.



The inside has basic furniture but my sim left here Foxstatue so that gives a nice decorated moodlet in the livingroom.There are also some books left in the bookcase.I playtested this house after uploading it and the books where still there so that's also nice incase your sim doesn't like going to the libary or doesn't have the money to buy a new recipy.The home has a phone and a burglar and firealarm,I just mention that incase you don't see them on the pictures.The small bedroom is not furnished so I did not take a picture of that room.I did uploaded some pictures of the inside of the house and a close up of the veggie garden.

Build on 30x20 lot.
