Built from prefabricated sections, this house is a real cheapie. Still, the open plan, the sloped ceilings and the light colours make it appealing to the young sim. And there's even space for a housemate!





Kitchen/living/dining area, two small bedrooms, wc, separate shower room. Covered area for bike parking in the front and a large, partly covered patio in the back. Starter furnishings and partly landscaped gardens.
