"I need more room to store my expensive items!" complained the Fortune Sim.
"I need a bigger house to fit all the girls I keep picking up!" snapped the Romance Sim.
"How come I can never be comfortable?" the Pleasure Sim asked.
"My house is just never big enough for all of those coworkers and friends!" grumbled the Popularity Sim.
"Hmm... a bigger house for books and telescopes and maybe even pools and wedding arches to impress the headmaster would be nice." concluded the Knowledge Sim.

Well... now they can ALL be happy! Enjoy The Grand Estate. Armed with five bedrooms (including a nursery), swimming pool, hot tub, wedding arch, and fully landscaped lot and driveway, your Sims can all be happy!

NOTE: I know there is a house that came with Apartment Life with the same name. This has nothing to do with it; as a matter of fact, I don't even own AL anymore.
