Duke is a fully landscaped family house (err, mansion?). It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. You can find a pool table on the top floor, two bedrooms and a television on the middle floor, and lastly the kitchen, computer, spare bed, piano, and a few chairs and sofas on the bottom.

Outside, there is also a fountain (though your Sims probably won't be able to lean over and add soap in it), gazebo with a piano, easel, and chess table. Duke has a pond and huge trees but no swimming pool.

Everything is fully landscaped, mostly in deep shades of red, brown, green, and white.

WARNING: This is a gigantic lot. I do not recommend using it if you have a slow computer.
