Do your dead yearn for ocean views and handy picnic tables? If so, this combination cemetery / beach might be for you.

Buildings include: a mausoleum, a snack bar, and a creepy maintenance shack (containing a bathroom and a small sitting area).

This lot is tested and working for both corporeal and non-corporeal entities. Although the game labels it as a cemetery, the beach portion receives normal use during the day.

Actually, it seems to be open at night too. I really don't know where they're stowing these picnic baskets:
