The Aviary - Live-in 1 bedroom treehouse

The Aviary is a live-in tree house, the only one I've seen for TS3 thus far.

Lashed securely with bakery string to four immense spruce trees, it towers four stories over the landscape, and its decks provide a view in every direction. It also has a separate pool house / carport and a treetop garden. Oh, and a lot of stairs.

I designed this house for 53 Waterfall Way, so it has the odd size of 36x47.
