The green surrounds of Summer Hill Court hide a terrible secret.

Deep in the wind-blasted depths of an old rock quarry lie the ruins of a still more ancient horror. No one knows how it came to be there, but its purpose is all too clear: the ritual sacrifice, by fire, of adorable stuffed animals.



You can ask the residents of Summer Hill Court about the evil in their midst, but they will shiver and shake their heads. They will refuse to answer. And really, you should not ask. The Dark God is always watching.

In the tumultuous sixties, some hippies built a public pool and lodge amid the monstrosity. It is difficult to tell what they could have been thinking. The Dark God rose up, and made the waters run red with blood. It's really quite pastoral though:





In the Sacrificial Altar and Public Pool (of Blood), the discerning visitor will find all the amenities that one would expect in a Lovecraftian menace of such terrifying magnitude. Chess tables, a reading area, a fireplace, a telescope, a kitchen, a picnic area, a busy cemetery with mausoleum, and public restrooms are all available. And of course, one can also swim in a murky, viscous pool filled with the life-essence of long-dead souls.

You should not take the Sacrificial Altar and Public Pool (of Blood) on an empty stomach. Do not operate heavy machinery after consuming it. Side effects of the Sacrificial Altar and Public Pool (of Blood) may include: stomach cramps, nausea, baldness, pustulent boils, exploding toenails and general hilarity.
