The Box - Modern one bedroom split level, no Store content

The Box is my attempt at a smaller, more manageable house for a single sim or a couple.

It is split level, and a two-story wall of windows provides light to every area.

Downstairs, there is a kitchen / dining room, as well as a sunken living room. The bathroom is upstairs, along with a bedroom / study (and a balcony). A garage and an exercise room are in the basement, and there is a spacious deck with a pool outside.

All in all, it's a pretty simple, unpretentious modern house.

And it does have one unexpected feature: the right side looks a heck of a lot like Domokun with a sunflower goatee:

I used the watering can and TV remote from Lemoncandy's Getting messy - more clutter.
