This is a large, luxurious family home on a 3x4 lot. It's a house I copied from a drawing I found on a floorplan site. I had to modify the floorplan to make it work in the sims world better, though.

Downstairs features a study, dining room, great room, kitchen, breakfast nook, master bedroom with large ensuite & walk-in closet, nursery with ensuite, mud room with provision for a pet, and powder room.

Upstairs features 3 more bedrooms, 3 more bathrooms, and a games room.

Outside there is a courtyard and parking space for 3 cars, a spare room above the garage, a playground, swimming pool, an outdoor chess table, and a sitting area - but I forgot a BBQ so you'll have to add that. :P

Possible issues

The angled bathtub, I'm happy to say, works perfectly. :D

Sims will walk right through the driveway gate, however the visitors that came while I was play-testing, were hanging around outside the regular gate near the main entrance to the house. You could put the gate on an invisible fence to remedy that (there is one here on MTS, by pfish).

There are no driveway pieces through the porte cochere so as to allow for doors to be placed there. This means the cars will still be usable, but there won't be animations - the car will just appear in the garage when your sim returns home.

The barstools in the kitchen are decorative only and can't be used by sims.

Everything else works as it should.
