A Mediterranean Style Duplex

Yes, I know I said I was retiring. Maybe I'm not after all. Anywho, after my hiatus from building, I felt like making "apartments" since I had never actually tried it. So, this duplex is the result of my first-ever foray into apartment-building. I thought I may as well upload it, since I quite like it myself. I even tried not to use too much CC (not easy for me). =D

It's a 'Mediterranean-style', with a courtyard which leads to the two apartments. Both are similar but with a few differences. The first one has a balcony, while the second one doesn't. They each have one bedroom and one bathroom plus a "spare" room upstairs that can be used as an extra bedroom, with an open plan living/dining/kitchen downstairs.

It's on a nice compact 2x2 lot so it can be squeezed into a small/crowded neighborhood or even a downtown area if need be.
The rent for the apartments costs $2,629 and $2,914 respectively.

To rent the furnished apartment: press ctrl+shift+c and type in the cheat boolprop TestingCheatsEnabled true, then shift-click on the door of the apartment you wish to rent. Once your sim has rented the apartment, bring up the cheat box again, and type boolprop TestingCheatsEnabled false.
