Yes, I know I said I was retiring. Maybe I'm not after all. 
Anywho, after my hiatus from building, I felt like making "apartments" since I had never actually tried it. So, this duplex is the result of my first-ever foray into apartment-building. 
I thought I may as well upload it, since I quite like it myself. I even tried not to use too much CC (not easy for me). =D
It's a 'Mediterranean-style', with a courtyard which leads to the two apartments. Both are similar but with a few differences. The first one has a balcony, while the second one doesn't. They each have one bedroom and one bathroom plus a "spare" room upstairs that can be used as an extra bedroom, with an open plan living/dining/kitchen downstairs.
It's on a nice compact 2x2 lot so it can be squeezed into a small/crowded neighborhood or even a downtown area if need be.
The rent for the apartments costs $2,629 and $2,914 respectively.
To rent the furnished apartment: press ctrl+shift+c and type in the cheat boolprop TestingCheatsEnabled true, then shift-click on the door of the apartment you wish to rent. Once your sim has rented the apartment, bring up the cheat box again, and type boolprop TestingCheatsEnabled false.
You will need to download the following item for this lot:
- 'Annie' Modular Sofa by blake_boy (and don't forget the sectional sofa patch linked to from that page)
