Here is a Moroccan desert style house with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths on 3 floors. It's built at the top of a hill (the lot was flat to start with) so if you invite guests, it would be a good idea to meet them down on the street where it's flat, or at the door as soon as they arrive, because if they start back down the hill, frustration will occur. The refreshing lap pool is really for decoration, but if you want your sims to swim in it, delete the rose bushes next to the stairs and they will be able to. Hopefully your sims will enjoy this exotic setting.
