For people with less fortunate machines or desiring smaller residential lots, The Not So Big House is perfect for you! I had originally intended to make this a starter for a single Sim, but now it can fit a family of four.
There are two bedrooms on the top floor — in my mind, I had believed that the lot would only have two teen Sims with their parents, so you could redecorate one of the rooms to a nursery or children's room if needed.
Downstairs, you'll find a computer, piano, and easel. Unfortunately, the house does not have a chess set or card table yet (feel free to stick one in here if the need arises).
A patio, fountain, and hot tub greet you outside.
I needed to save Simoleons, so this house is not fully furnished. There are no paintings or decorations in it. However, there is still room for expansion.
