This house is a modified Cape Cod Coastal Lighthouse. It has 3 actual bedrooms, 3 full baths, closets in every room, an open living room with fireplace, a kitchen/dining area, a hallway that leads directly to the first floor of the Lighthouse as well as the outside, and a pool.

The detached garage has a laundry area with one accessible "secret room" as well as another secret room that can become accessible once stairs are placed. This gives a total of 5 possible bedrooms/study area/quite area/game area.

(Builder's Note: The windows were not placed on the lighthouse due to not arriving in time for the coming storm season)

There is NO custom content in this lot. This lot is also full customizable to your liking. This lot is loosely based on this floor plan: Cape Cod Lighthouse except I reversed the lighthouse to the back of the house and the garage is detached.

I do not have a policy as of yet. I play the game mainly to build. All that I ask is that I get credit for the original house if you are going to use my house to "revamp". Also, no pay sites (that seems a given though).
