When I decided to build this, I had no idea where to start. I wanted something different from the mini-mansion Jadersons, but bigger the the starter Kaisers. So this new new possible (?) collection of assorted houses came to be. They, so far, are in the same price range as the Jadersons and of similar size, but organized in an everyday family setup. As you can see, the whole general "feel" of the house is warm, inviting, and just "livable". 3577 Colfer Ave. was named after my favorite teen genre writer, Eoin Colfer. Since his book was right in front of me. It is a four bedroom, three bathroom home with a fairly unique design character to it, At least from me. Upon entry is are double high ceilings and a view of upstairs which passer-by's can look down upon you by. Great if you don't want to walk downstairs! Since it is AL I've included closets to add as much realism as virtually possible. Nice back yard with pool and overlooking balcony. The pool has specially designed black bricks that trap the sun's heat and releases it into the pool to quickly warm it on cold nights. Total BS. The, also specially designed, cement flooring helps regulate cool temperatures during HOT days too. One car garage and driveway, and NO office. Priced at 84.993.
