So your sims are looking for a new home, but it should be something special?
Well, then this is the right house for them!
It is a very modern estate with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.



On the ground level, there are the kitchen and one bedroom with an bathroom en suite.



On the first floor, there are the livingroom, a bathroom and another bedroom.



Another extra is the mini-garden with a little pond inside of the orange frame
