This is my first lot for TS3 that took more (far more) than an hour to build.
I intend to share more TS3-lots in the future (if my ego allows it) as I regret not having shared any of my TS2-buildings.


The foyer serves as a foyer, living room and gaming area. These are seperated by room dividers. They are quite crowded but therefore also cosy:

The gaming area has themes to it. There's chess (black vs. white) and competitive PC gaming (note the mousepads and decoration):


To the left there's the kitchen which leads to the garage. The kitchen also contains counters with bar stools for some breakfast devouring. Adjacent to the kitchen is a small dining room which is more like a street-side showcase:


There's more foyer on the second floor and a little seating area there.

One of the two bedrooms is specifically designed for a teenager (My favourite room...):


There's two balconies, one of which is reachable through the second bedroom.

2 bathrooms are divided into 3 rooms. One of them on the first floor, the second two rooms basically are a shower and a toilet room on the second floor, so to speak.

A little garden area can be found behind the garage, reachable through the first floor foyer.


I hope you like and enjoy the house and I'm also hoping for some feedback.
