This is another home in the C-O-L-O-R Project, with a color scheme of orange. If you want to know more about this project, check out my journal!

This somewhat small modern home would be perfect for a couple, with one bedroom and two bathrooms (one full, one half).

Downstairs consists of the living room, kitchen, dining area, and half bath. Also downstairs is a patio off the kitchen, that has a table & chairs, plus a BBQ. Does your sim enjoy the outdoors? There is also a small pond by the patio for your sims to relax by.

Upstairs consists of a nice size bedroom, walk-in closet (which contains a dresser and mirror), and a full bathroom. There is a small balcony looking out to the street that you can access from the bedroom.

Lot Values: $71,087 Furnished; $43,725 Unfurnished

I don’t believe I used any premium items from TS3 store. I’m sorry if I missed any though
