This mod no longer works after patch 1.14.11 / 2.9.10 / 3.5.8 / 4.2.32, apparently EA has disabled autonomous repairs for all items in the core code and it cannot be changed with a tuning file. Therefore it will no longer be updated.

This is another area that EA has disabled Autonomous actions for sims. Which means all repairs are User Directed Only. Perhaps you are busy improving your sim's skills, improving relationships, work performance, fulfilling personal needs and would like a little help in the household upkeep.

I wanted my sims to autonomously do the little things, while I concentrated on the bigger picture, plus I thought it was more realistic for them to attempt to repair broken objects themselves. With this mod, they will attempt to repair tubs, showers, sinks, and toilets on their own.

Plumbing Repairs (as opposed to Electrical Repairs) do not run the risk of Shock, Fire, or Death when attempting to repair, tinker, or upgrade, They merely cause puddles. This mod does not address or edit/alter any risks associated with repairs, It simply allows Autonomous actions.

I am working on a Separate Mod for Electrical Repairs, since they do carry the risks, as mentioned above. Therefore they are not included in this mod.

- Sims will autonomously attempt plumbing repairs
- Depends on how busy they are and what mood they are in
- This does not guarantee they will attempt the repair
- By default, they are not guaranteed to fix the broken object (not addressed by this mod)
- I have added a small skill increase for each repair. In my experience, I have always learned something when doing repairs in my house.
