A rather small lot 15x20 with a livingroom / kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bathrooms, pond with deathfish spawner and a garden with lifefruit. Though it's a little rundown, it can easily be moved in and fixed up, if you desire, as the financial situation improves.
