The Colby Cottage is a small, but cozy cottage for the test sims I use to exploit game bugs and glitches, test game mods, and generally subject Sims to all kinds of torturous testing

It was also an attempt for me to break out of my old "console box house" days and try to take advantage of some of the features of TS3.

It includes the following features:
1 Livingroom
1 Kitchen
1 Bedroom
1 1/2 Bathrooms
Terrace off Bedroom

It's placed on a 20x20 lot and goes for just under 30,000.

While I didnt include any Custom Content, it does require World Adventures since I used some of the flowers, windows, and doors in WA.
