Here's an unusual house for you - it has no visible means of support and has a very open design. There are four bedrooms each with an attached bathroom (sink & toilet only). It's expensive at $188,000, but comes fully furnished. It was constructed for a nudist family (the Beares) and so provides little privacy to the occupants. There are two mods used in the design: R. Gile's transparent floor tiles (making it not a good home for sims who are afraid of heights) and Wes_H's open shower kit. You may also want to make use of J. Traver's No-Shoo hack, otherwise your sims may have a hard time using the showers by the pool. All these mods are available at this website.
