The Landgraab Corporation was kind enough to make a large donation to Acadamie La Tour in order for them to remodel and, not only bring the building up to code, but to also allow Sims to actually enjoy meeting and greeting there.

It allowed Acadamie to renovate the building with one stipulation- that they keep part of the roof of the original, created by the great, and sadly now retired, Neveah223. Not only did this make for an interesting outcome- mixing new and old design, but it created a very unique aesthetic, which the Acadamie really enjoys.




I first thought about gutting the original Maxis version, but realized my time would be better spent starting from scratch. I added everything a Sim might need and even created a "Ranch Theme" restaurant so your Sims won't need to go "off campus" to "eat out" on a date anymore, along with a regular cafeteria so your Sims on a budget won't starve.

The Amenites Include:
- "Ranch Theme" restaurant *
- Cafeteria (nicknamed "The Blue Room")
- Book & Clothing Store (nicknamed "The Pit")
- Upper and Lower Lounge Area
- Chess Club
- Game/Arcade Room
- Outdoor Barista
- Outdoor Sculpture Garden

* There is an amusing occurrence having both a restaurant and cafeteria in the same building. The waiters (I had 3, no idea why) will walk upstairs to clean the stove, counters and clear plates in the cafeteria- quite funny.
