Hooray, finally I managed to pull myself together and finish this.
In the theme of NSU this union is meant to look like a converted abbey, with cloisters. I have combined the needs of simstudents, with the features of a RL student's union to come up with a community lot which is great for sims to visit.
It has a coffee bar, with kareoke and pool. It has some bowling lanes, It has a computer room where sims can catch up on their email or even write their term paper. It has a barber, a grocer and a bookstore. There are offices for the student's union committee. There is a cafeteria, and a gig venue, and on the very top floor there is a bar and disco. There is also a porter's lodge and a large cloister garden.
