Hi folks,

this lot is furnished on two levels. The third level remains for your own creativity.

Make sure your sims have their fire-extinguishers ready.
Because this house is old, some of the steam pipes may be broken,.. so if you lit a fire in the living room, don't be surprised when the steam comes out somewhere you don't expect. If you are annoyed by this "feature" just delete the chimney parts... ah, download and see what i mean!
Also check the labyrinth for goodies from time to time.
