Once the pearl of the Sunset Valley palisades, Aunt Helena's house has fallen into great disrepair. The interiors, once vibrant and fashionable are now dated and musty. The painted exterior of the building has succumbed to the elements, especially the harsh sea winds. With 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, two sitting rooms, neglected and weed infested gardens, mossy swimming pool, a grand, yet delapidated driveway, a token ghostly resident and extensive basement area (which could be used as addtional bedrooms and bathrooms).

Aunt Helena's house is perfect for the "creepy and kooky, mysterious and spooky" Sims in your neighbourhood.
