We've been watching classic Seinfeld re-runs on GO!tv here, and I thought it would be fun to try making the Seinfeld apartment and building. It features six fully furnished apartments including Jerry's and Kramer's as well as 4 secure undercover car spaces.

I know it's not entirely accurate. The interior colours of Jerry's apartment were difficult to match. The shape of Jerry's apartment is slightly different because it was a tv studio set that didn't really work into the shape of the apartment (the way I built it). Kramer's apartment was a complete mystery to me - so I took liberties when decorating it (it should probably be less tidy). The other apartments' decor range from modern to gaudy.

The top floor is empty for two reasons: any more apartments and lag would become an issue (at least for my computer) and to have extra space for relics, gems etc. If your computer reacts sluggishly to this lot, you could try unfurnishing a few of the other apartments. The fire escape exits only lead to the other apartments, not to the ground floor (so in case of fire, don't use the fire escape lol)

Tips:

Try The Multi Owner's Door by Flyby

Check the "Enable Object Hiding" button in The Graphics Options, to hide objects on inactive floors to help reduce lag.
