Séverine is a French stone farm house suitable for a small to medium sized family. It features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, swimming pool and large country kitchen. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and den attached.

There is storage space in the form of the garage, there is space to change the door to the "Closure Door".

I deliberately left room at the right front area of the lot for a home business, for when EA releases an "Open for Business" type EP in the future.
