This is my first house created with Sims 3 and uploaded on MTS2, especially made for this.
The house is in the town Sunset Valley, and it cost:

Unfurnished: 25236 $

The style of the house is modern, and furniture is also moder, and the house also includes a car, Yoshomoto Evasion.
