I was building a library in one of my houses and wanted the bookshelves to run around the corners of the room also. But putting two bookcases together in an angle looked rather messy, I thought, and I wanted something nicer and more realistically looking.

So I put together a corner unit for the Dahlen Library Bookcase that came with University. It also matches the Bookworm’s Delight from Free Time, and will allow you to make this:



Here’s the difference a corner unit does compared to two bookcases in an angle.



Like the Dahlen Library Bookcase the corner unit takes the textures and all the recolors off the basegame Craftmeister Bookcase, but you need University to make it work. It will also take any custom recolors of the Craftmeister Bookcase.

Your sims can study from it, but in most cases they won’t be able to actually access it. In the nature of things there will almost always be another bookcase on each side of it, blocking access.
