First steps



First steps is modern designer studio for a young, rich couple or an elder rich couple who want to relax in a beautiful garden.



The house itself is fairly small but it has everything your Sims need.
The entrance has a washing and dryer machine. When your Sims enter the main part of the house there's lots of designer interior waiting for them!
The sleeping/living area is split from the kitchen/dining area with two wooden pillars. Between the pillars there are a flatscreen TV, a big aquarium and tow paintings on the other side.


From the kitchen you can go to the carport where a Retro car is waiting for your Sims.
From the living/sleeping area your can enter a small balcony with access to the beautiful garden, carefully planned by garden designers.

The house is built on a 40x30 lot (120 Wright Way) and costs §102.533 F and §45.248 UF
