25 Oakmont Drive

25 Oakmont Drive is a single family home for up to four sims. It’s built almost without CC which explains why there are no upper cabinets in the kitchen (and I have the kitchen and bath stuff pack). Anyway, here’s the floor plan:

ground floor:

living room with fireplace and bar
kitchen
dining room with another bar
small office
master bedroom
bathroom

1st floor:

bedroom, furnished for a boy
bedroom, furnished for a girl
bathroom

Furthermore, there’s a large pool with slide, diving board and deckchairs, a BBQ area, a carport (the car you see in the picture is not included) and a tiny little vegetable garden. Sims won't use the little door that leads directly to it, sorry.
Most of the planting doesn't need to be taken care of so I don't think you'll need a gardener.
I uploaded an unfurnished version as well that has only the fireplace and smoke/burglar alarms.
Thanks to roddyaleixo for the invisible driveway recolor and to sarah*rose for findig this site. I sort of copied a house from there but since I didn't use much CC, there are some major differences.
