Well where do I begin? I first cooked up the idea for this lot some months ago, however I soon forgot. As I was sorting out my room, I found a doodle I had draw and decided to make the house.

If you live outside the UK you may not know what social housing is. It is a cheap form of housing, provided by Housing Associations who run the social housing in a perticular area. They offer cheap to rent homes. In recent years these homes have become like gold dust, and the waiting time has shot up. The house is how I think they should build new houses.

The house comprimises of, A large and open plan Living room leading into a small Galley kitchen. With a down stairs bathroom. (I designed it this way beacause the houses would only be a quick fix problem. And it would be un ethical to plumb the whole house only for it to be ripped deon in 10-15 years time). Up stairs they have a large bedroom for the children, and a doubble bedroom for the adults. However the upstairs could be modified to make two small childrens bedrooms.

P.S I would love feed back, especialy wether or not they function as a family home.
