Hear in the UK, there is a great need for affordable housing. One day I was wondering if its the same in the USA, so since when I play the sims I like to create american style homes as well as traditional English homes I created this home. I feel it has a more american style to it.
Anyway, this is a house is designed to be affordable without looking cheap. It's a sutiable for a family of 4-5 Sims, and is availabe from just $16,889.
