I originally built this house for my own use, but decided to upload it anyway

The lot features a small cottage-ish house with a fenced in garden in the front, perfect to keep stray pets away from your flowerbeds. The main bedroom is very small and the second bedroom is even smaller, but there's lots of room to expand. You can fit a driveway on the side, and even build a garage. If you don't like the open kitchen/dining/livingroom thing, you can turn the smallest bedroom into a tiny kitchen or add an extra room on the side of the house.

The house is not furnished.








The lot contains no CC, requires only basegame and has been checked with Clean Installer.
