Playing Build A City Challenges has reignited by desire to improve on making houses, and decided to let myself get inspired by the Newbie Road or Shields Road houses in creating cheap, basic starter homes that are overall really cheap for a starting Sim. My overall goal is to keep these houses below 10.000§ in total, while still having basics or even room to expand the homes.

The preview pictures contain CC in the form of Hysterical Paroxysm's Bedding Defaults. They are not included, and since they are default replacements, they simply should be altered to the default bedding or any default replacements you have installed.
