Think...SPRING! Simple Sweater Set

Ah, spring. When the weather is warm enough to start melting snow, yet too chilly to go without a jacket...perfect time to throw on a light sweater, don't you think?

I happened to find this Maxis mesh in the back of my CAS closet, and wondered why I didn't use it more often. Then I remembered that I, nor my Sims, would be caught dead in such hideous color combinations.

So, I decided to whip up a few new colors to replace those Maxis wanted to inflict on my Sims, and following a nifty tutorial I found made them into default replacements. For the pink and blue, I toned down the eye-burning boldness in favor of softer, less intense hues; the red seemed just fine, so I left it be, but still added the white undershirt to all three.


And in my usual fashion, I ended up making more colors than I actually needed, but looked nice enough to use anyway.


Non-defaults will show for adult and young adult females, defaults will replace the Maxis textures wherever applicable. No EPs needed, as this is a basegame mesh.
