These are recolors of the Maxis sweater set mesh. I believe it came with the original Sims 2 game, so no expansion set should be required. The zip file includes lavender, pink, turquoise, yellow, and mint green sweater set recolors. Lavender is shown in the screenshot. (I'd upload screenshots of the rest if it wasn't for the file limit.)
