Floodfill Dresses Be GONE! UPDATE- Please Read!
I've realized that these dresses not only replace the TEEN formals, but the ADULT and YA formals that came with the Nightlife and University eps! The same exact dresses are replaced, nothing has changed there. (and the dark blue and black strapless dresses- Uni, I think? -haven't been changed at all) Obviously if you don't have one or both of those ep's, the dresses will only show up in the Teen age group.
I don't know if there is a way to change this. Personally, I'm rather glad it works for the other ages, as now I don't have to make a seperate set, but I figured it best to give you all a head's up.
__
So... I learned how to create default replacements and one of the first things I tackled was the set of Teen Formal dresses that came with the base game.
You know these dresses... the brightly colored (and plain) halter dresses, the glittery pixellated dress of doom, and the pink and purple strapless dresses, with the odd white stripe on the bottom.
I replaced ALL of those dresses, with a new maxis-matching texture in similar colors. (red replaces red, pink replaces pink, blah blah blah) The WHITE dress, however, replaces the Glitter Pixel dress.
I also toned down the green a bit, in a color that I like a bit more...
The files are named accordingly, so you can replace only the dresses you WANT to replace.
The light in my game has made these dresses look more glaringly bright then they actually are, sorry about that.
Uhm... and I think that's all. I hope you can find these useful!

About Me

http://nrjsims.livejournal.com/
You can do what you want with my stuff. Use it in movies, stories, pictures, whatever. Feel free to upload it with sims as well. You don't HAVE to give credit, but it is appreciated!
My textures are usually modified Maxis textures so do with them as you wish!
My teen clothing is NOT going to be converted for Adults unless I randomly decide to do so. Adults have so much stuff as it is!
The models I use are randomly created in CAS, and are often deleted later on. They're not avaliable for download, sorry.
I usually don't take requests. My life is pretty busy ATM.
That aside, have fun, and ENJOY the game.
