This is a Craftsman style townhouse with four bedrooms and one and one half bathroom, circa 1940. It features a good-sized living room, a galley kitchen, and a formal dining room. It also has a full legnth hallway with two stairways. There are 4 bedrooms upstaris with easy acess to the both exits. The third-floor dormer is mainly for show. It's full of needed furnishing and has starter landscaping. It also has room for future additions. It requires Nightlife, Bon Voyage, and Pets. No CC is included.
